I'm so glad to sing the praises for Estate Sales of South Florida.
I was dealing initially with them from out of state until closer to the  sale when I was in town to handle my mom's estate sale this past spring. The staff was very professional and began sorting into staging areas  with like items-themes, etc. They were able (and had access to outside experts) to additionally quickly research some items that were suspected antiques, jewelry, precious metals, and the like. They were also very willing to accept any value I wanted to price for a specific item. They brought in tables for display purposes.
The day of the sale the staff came prepared with a plan for allowing buyers to enter the home and had staff stationed to observe the sale in parts of the house. They were savvy and polite in dealing with all  customers.
Pricing was appropriate for items to sell, which was the reason for the sale in the first place. Some things seemed to be priced less to me, but  through their experience they knew this would move those items. I  appreciated their council on that matter since I had to make sure the  house was empty in the end, and I was unfamiliar with Florida's clientele.
Saying that, they had resources to remove anything that didn't sell. These items went to charity and I was given a receipt for my records to indicate that. We even had a delayed sale where one customer paid part  down and then paid the rest upon pickup. That worked nicely for both me and the customer. Because of that flexibility, the profits from the sale were more than I had hoped. They vacuumed and swept up completely after the sale and removed all debris pertaining to their sale. I received my  payment within several days of the sale, which they told me up front  would happen. 
All in all, it was my first experience in doing something like this and  generally their professionalism, expediency and council during the whole  sale process was spot on. They answered any questions or concerns I had  before, during or after the sale. I would hire them again in a flash, and really felt like we were truly long time friends parting at the end. My father passed away in Florida I live in another state I needed to deal with all his home furnishings, memorabilia and other personal effects ESSF came over and talked about her company. They ran the sale early November. It was professionally done from the set up to the sale, including parking lot attendants. Once the sale was over they had the rest of the items removed. They had excellent phone and email communications. The fee was 30% of the sales. Very reasonable. They are extremely honest. Upon finding $600 that my father had hidden, they immediately emailed me, then mailed a check for with the final payment check. Both checks were received less than a week after the sale. They did everything promised and more. I couldn't improve on anything. Michael H.
